Cucumber Vodka Gimlet

2′ slice of peeled cucumber

5-10 mint leaves

1 1/2 Agave nectar or Simple syrup

1 lime juiced

1 1/2 oz Vodka or Gin

 

Muddle cucumber, mint and agave. Add ice to the shaker then add lime juice and vodka. Shake until very chilled. Strain and pour into iced glass or tumbler with ice.
